We are based in Cowes on the Isle of Wight and within 10 minutes walking distance of ferry and foot passenger links to the Southampton.

We are currently recruiting for:
SOFTWARE DEVELOPERS
As a Software Developer your primary role will be in
research, design, implementation and testing of software
products.
Applicants should be graduates in a relevant subject
or Software Developers with proven experience.
Ideally, candidates are likely to be able to demonstrate
the following:
- Development of software on Microsoft Operating System platforms using Object Oriented development techniques
- Development of software in .NET (C#)
- Database technology (SQL Server)
- Web based development (ASP.NET,HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX)
- The following are not essential although experience of any will be an advantage (ASP.NET MVC, Silverlight, SQL Server Analysis Services, C++)
General
Candidates should have enthusiasm, good communication
skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
with all levels of company, both external and internal,
customer service awareness, thrive on problem solving
and be a team player.
The role will require international travel, which can
sometimes be at short notice.

SYSTEMS ENGINEERS
As a Systems Engineer your primary role will be in applying
and integrating application packages, delivering solutions
to blue-chip industrial customers around the world.
Applicants should be graduates in a relevant subject
(e.g. Computing, Chemical Engineering, or Process Control)
or Systems Engineers with proven experience.
The main duties for the role will be:
- To interpret customer requirements, to design an integrated hardware and software solution
- Configure integrated hardware and software packages in line with the customer requirements
- To test systems to ensure they are fully compliant including functional, performance and longevity tests
- To use experience and knowledge to improve current and future system design methodologies
- Feed requirements to the software development teams
- To assist in providing technical support to other internal departments
- To prepare systems documentation including Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, Test Specifications and User Documentation
- To provide training to customers for specific system implementations
Required Skills:
- Proven demonstration of strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
- The following are not essential although experience of any will be an advantage (Process Historians, Distributed Control Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, ERP Systems)
General

TEST ENGINEERS
As a Test Engineer your primary role will be in testing
software product and integrated systems, deployed to
blue-chip industrial customers around the world.
The main duties for the role will be:
- To create test procedures for new software products and technologies, in line with current standards and specifications and in accordance with customer specific requirements
- To test software and integrated systems in line with the test specification and report results
- To use experience and knowledge to improve current and future test procedures Feed back into design and software engineering, detailed fault reports, assist with further investigation, and track issues to resolution
- To prepare detailed test reports
- To assist in providing technical support to other internal departments
- To assist in preparation of software and system documentation
Required Skills:
- Ideally educated to degree level in a computing or related subject, or proven experience in the related area.
- Proven demonstration of strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
